Your personal data is also processed by SEKURKON s.r.o., ID: 29301998, based at Starobělská 1133/5, 700 30 Ostrava-Zábřeh, which handles participant registration, communication, invoicing, and conference organization.

  • Identification and contact details: Name, surname, company name, job position, email address, phone number, company ID/VAT, and bank account details.
  • Event-related details: Information about conference participation, accommodation preferences, dietary requirements, and feedback.
  • Media data: Photos, audio, or video recordings capturing your likeness and voice during the event.

3. Why do we process your data, and for what purposes?

  • Conference Organization: To register you, provide necessary pre-event information, ensure smooth event execution, and collect feedback.
  • Media Usage: Photos and videos taken during the event may be used for promoting future conferences and related activities on websites, social media, or marketing materials. By attending the event, you consent to this use. If you do not agree, please exercise your data subject rights via our website.
  • Client Database Inclusion: With your consent, your data may be added to our client database to inform you about future events or offers. Consent is given indefinitely but can be withdrawn anytime by contacting us at kontakt@hofmann-personal.cz.
  • Newsletter Subscription: If you consent, your email will be used to send newsletters and updates about future conferences. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.
