Senta Čermáková

Board Member, Director of International Operations • Czechitas

Senta Čermáková is a recognized Czech manager, innovator, and educator with nearly three decades of experience in technology and innovation. She began her career at Compaq and later joined Hewlett-Packard, where she served as Director of Global Customer Programs. She then spent eight years as Director of Innovation at Deloitte for the Czech Republic and Central Europe.

In 2023, she became the Executive Director of the non-profit organization Czechitas, which focuses on educating women in IT. Under her leadership, the organization accelerated its focus on artificial intelligence and expanded its activities internationally. Since 2025, she has served as a Board Member and Director of International Operations at Czechitas, where she focuses on brand development, strategic partnerships, and fundraising in foreign markets.

Senta was the first woman to be named Manager of the Year in 2011. She graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague, specializing in biocybernetics. She is also an active mentor and lectures at the University of Economics in Prague and the NYU Stern School of Business.

Her passion is talent development and supporting women in technology, which is also reflected in her personal project Inspiruj.se, which she co-founded with her husband, Miloš Čermák.
