Robert Kiml

Robert Kiml is the first Czech to lead Toyota Motor Manufacturing Czech Republic, where he oversees the strategic development and automobile production at the plant in Kolín. He began his career in 2005 at TPCA, where he gradually led the paint shop operations, the quality department, and the launch project for the second generation of vehicle models.

Between 2014 and 2016, he served as Production Director at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Poland. In 2022, he became Vice President of Production, and since June 2024, he has been the President of Toyota Czech Republic. Under his leadership, the plant is expanding, notably through the opening of Toyota’s largest logistics mega-hub in Europe.

Robert Kiml is also actively involved in the Automotive Industry Association of the Czech Republic, where he serves as Vice President. His vision connects traditional Japanese values with innovation and sustainability in the automotive industry.
