Kateřina Nogolová

Kateřina Nogolová is not just an ordinary HR manager; she is a visionary who has breathed life into several significant companies. Her career includes roles at Plzeňský Prazdroj and GE Money, where she began her work in HR. Her potential fully manifested at Tatra Trucks, where, as HR Director, she transformed the way the company approached its employees—introducing modern technologies into recruitment processes and enhancing communication within the team. Later, she held statutory roles in the steel industry at VÍTKOVICE STEEL/Třinecké Železárny, where she helped create entirely new channels for employee feedback, significantly increasing their satisfaction and effectiveness while generally focusing on promoting the steel industry in the Czech Republic.

Kateřina has now taken a sabbatical to allow time for herself and for those she cares about most, dedicating herself to a personal review of her activities. She continues to engage in mentoring, coaching, and is involved in various innovative projects. Her approach to HR is rooted in authenticity and the courage to do things differently, aiming to transform the workplace into a space where people can grow both professionally and personally.
