Hana Součková

Hana Součková is one of the most prominent figures in the Czech technology business scene. Since 2018, she has been leading SAP Czech Republic, where she oversees services for more than 1,400 corporate clients. Her career at SAP began in 2014 as Director of Business Support for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and she gradually worked her way up to the top executive position.

Under her leadership, SAP Czech Republic has become a leader in digital transformation, cloud solutions, and artificial intelligence. Hana is known for her strong focus on innovation, collaboration with startups, and support for diversity in the tech sector. She is actively involved in initiatives that support women in IT, such as Czechitas and Femme Palette, and she is a board member of the Czech-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

She graduated in Economics and Construction Management from the Czech Technical University in Prague and holds CIMA-A and CIMA-B certifications from the Czech Institute for Marketing. In her free time, she enjoys sports, coming up with fun activities with her two children, and going on mountain trips regardless of the season.
