Gabriela has been active in the field of human resources for over 20 years, having been part of the management boards of leading personnel companies. Since 2018, she has served as the General Director of Hofmann Personal Czech Republic, where she is responsible for leading and managing approximately 100 employees and overseeing business, strategic clients, and the overall strategy and development of the company. Gabriela is also actively involved in several significant organizations. She is Chairwoman of the AFI Steering Committee, the Vice President of the Association of Personal Service Providers (APPS), and a board member of the Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Crafts of the Czech Republic (AMSP ČR). Through her efforts in legislation, she seeks to bring about positive changes and contribute to the development of the sector.

At the same time, she is part of an international team of experts that provides personnel services and management for the Hofmann group, managing HR projects (Master Vendor) and recruiting foreign workers across Europe.
