Alena Kozáková

Alena Kozáková oversees human resources at Czechoslovak Group (CSG), one of the most significant industrial groups in Central Europe. Since joining in 2021, she has been in charge of the HR strategy and its consistent implementation across dozens of companies in eight countries.

Throughout her career, she has held various key HR positions in industrial companies, including Vagónka Studénka and Iveco Czech Republic, where she was responsible for human resources management in Central and Eastern Europe. She holds a law degree from Masaryk University in Brno and a management degree from Nottingham Trent University in collaboration with Brno University of Technology.

Under her leadership, CSG's Talent Program has become a prestigious development program for young professionals. She introduced the CSG Leadership Academy, which unifies and modernizes the approach of top managers to leadership across the group. She is a strong advocate for diversity in technical fields, the development of emotional leadership in corporate management, and the crucial role of trust when integrating new companies into the CSG group.

Alena champions an innovative approach to HR, where technology, education, and corporate culture go hand in hand with the group’s long-term growth strategy. She believes that "the right people in the right places with the right knowledge" are the key to every company’s success.
