A family winery run by two young guys from a winemaking family offers modern-style Moravian wines from vineyards around Zaječí, both sparkling and still. The winery uses a modern method of capturing natural CO2 directly from fermenting grapes.

The winery is operated by Resort Zajíci ze Zaječí, which offers accommodation in air-conditioned rooms and bungalows, a private sauna, a swimming pool, a historic wine cellar, traditional Moravian gastronomy with a modern twist, and breathtaking views of Pálava.

The resort also features a conference hall and various sports activities, making it an ideal location for corporate training sessions, conferences, and teambuilding events, with a total capacity of up to 80 people. Thanks to its spacious cellars, it is also a popular venue for winter weddings.
